FAQs

Do I need to be experienced in pilates or surfing?

1

Not at all. The retreat is designed to welcome all levels - whether you’re stepping onto a reformer or surfboard for the first time, or already have an established practice. Sessions are adapted so you feel supported and challenged at your own pace.

Come exactly as you are.

Absolutely. Sorelle was created with solo travellers in mind and for many women to come on their own. There’s something special about arriving solo and leaving feeling connected - to yourself, to the place and to the incredible women around you.

Can I come alone?

We understand that sometimes plans change and unexpected circumstances arise.

All retreat bookings are confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of $500 USD per person, payable within 72 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. This deposit secures your place at the retreat and covers initial commitments made on your behalf.

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

* More than 60 days before the retreat: Your $500 USD deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made towards your booking will be refunded.

* Within 60 days of the retreat: Unfortunately, bookings are non-refundable and the full retreat balance remains payable.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another person, subject to our approval and any necessary arrangements.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect yourself against unexpected circumstances, including illness, travel disruption and unforeseen events.
